agency, including the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program.

All IHSS-related eligibility, payments, and provider approvals are

handled through the official IHSS program.

Our platform is intended solely to:

• Connect IHSS recipients with available providers

• Allow recipients to post care requests  

• Facilitate communication between users

We do not:

• Guarantee placement

• Guarantee availability

• Guarantee quality of services

All providers listed on this platform are independent individuals,

not employees or representatives of IHSS Support Network.

Users are responsible for:

• Verifying provider credentials

• Confirming IHSS eligibility

• Completing official provider enrollment through IHSS

5. No Employment Relationship

IHSS Support Network does not:

• Hire providers

• Supervise care

• Manage schedules

• Process IHSS payments

Any working relationship is strictly between the recipient and the provider.
